A DAY IN THE LIFE OF ALEXEI KOVALEV

I conceptualized, produced, scripted and hosted a three-part series from Shanghai, China entitled “Alexei Kovalev: A DAY IN THE LIFE.” This program followed Olympic and Stanley Cup champion Alexei Kovalev through his game day routine as assistant coach of Kunlun Red Star, the KHL’s newest expansion team. We began at Kovalev’s suite in the Parker Meridien, commuted to the arena through Shanghai traffic and eventually mic’ed him on the bench during a late-season clash with Avangard.
